Opportunities for involvement in open groups at Spiritual Growth Center
Hatha Yoga - New!
Hatha yoga classes are now offered at Spiritual Growth Center two days a week: Tuesdays from 7:00 to 8:00 p.m. (new time) and Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m., taught by Christine Cutty, a certified yoga instructor and member of SGC. Each class costs $8, 50 percent of which benefits SGC. Bring a mat and dress comfortably.
With regular practice, Hatha yoga teaches us to relax and release physical limitations, rigidities, and blockages, and to develop strength, flexibility, courage, and perseverance. Questions? Contact Christine at (541) 890-8462.
SGC Choir 2008-2009 Season

Discussion Group Following Sunday Service
Weekly Discussion: Join us in the Meditation Room after our 10:30 service for an informal discussion of the Sunday Message. The discussion is led by a member of our leadership team and takes place Sundays at 11:45 a.m. for one half hour.
Peace Center Monthly Meeting

Inside Edge / Spiritual Frontiers
Inside Edge / Spiritual Frontiers: Friday Evening Programs of Enlightenment and Empowerment
Every Friday from 7:00 to 9:00 p.m., you're invited to be part of a group that inspires self-awareness and personal growth through education, community, and mutual empowerment. Inside Edge includes weekly programs of cutting-edge, visionary DVD's, online downloads of the most current transformational media, group discussion, and socially stimulating spiritual camaraderie. Usual donation is $8 to $5 (sliding scale).

Intenders Circle
The Intenders Circle meets on the first Friday of the month from 6:00 to 7:00 p.m. at SGC (just prior to the regular Inside Edge meetings). This free program is designed to empower dreams instead of drama. It is based on the Tony Burroughs workshop the Inside Edge hosted this past April.
Wednesday Morning Women's Group
"Women's Wisdom" meets every Wednesday morning from 10:30 a.m. to noon. In an atmosphere of positive support and friendship, the group explores life through study, discussion and sharing. It is not necessary to purchase books to enjoy our group; we take turns reading aloud, then discuss the portion read that morning.
We are currently reading Ask and It Is Given by Jerry and Esther Hicks.

Men's Breakfast: All men are invited to meet at the Red Lion on Coburg Rd., Eugene, on the first Sunday of the month at 9:15 a.m. for uplifting conversation and fellowship.
